I did my own website work for years for both of my businesses before it all became very complex and specialized, which is when I sought out some professional help. I went through several lackluster companies and "privateers" before finding Bound By and Jason Cooper. I've been with him for around 10 years now and have never once considered a switch. He always gets back to me in a timely manner, answers my silly questions as well as the intricate ones, never overcharges me nor tries to sell me on anything I don't want or need, and his work is top notch.
